In line with the progressive vision of the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020), a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been successfully signed with Government College for Women, Hisar. This strategic collaboration aims to promote experiential learning and provide students with meaningful industry exposure as recommended under NEP 2020.
With this MoU now in effect, students of GC Women Hisar can actively participate in structured internship programs at Hartron Advance Skill Centre and Gramin Shiksha Private Limited. This initiative opens new pathways for students to gain hands-on experience, work on real-time projects, and develop industry-relevant skills alongside their academic education.
The internship opportunity is designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical application. Students will benefit from professional mentoring, workplace exposure, and skill-based training that enhances their confidence and employability. Such initiatives strongly support the NEP 2020 focus on skill development, vocational integration, and career readiness.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Principal Dr. Satbir Singh Sanga and HOD Mr. Satish Singla for their valuable support, guidance, and cooperation in making this collaboration possible. Their encouragement and vision have played a key role in strengthening this industry–academia partnership.
Hartron Advance Skill Centre and Gramin Shiksha Private Limited remain committed to supporting students through quality training, guided internships, and continuous skill development in alignment with the goals of NEP 2020.
